A post from Saturday.
Today marks a great day for Rock Climbing in Fiji as we received our first load of Rock Climbing Equipments and gears from the U.S.A climbing community. We are at the verge of opening the first Rock Climbing Gym in Fiji where we think it to be the Rock Climbing Fiji launching pad.
Just before this snow ball rolls, I would like to acknowledge a few individuals and groups for this great success.
1. God Almighty for giving us the purpose to live for and passion to keep going no matter what difficult circumstances come our way.
2. Nausori Baptist Christian Academy for allowing us to use their facility to promote a great sport like climbing in Fiji.
3. The Yates family Jonathan Yates and Kaitlyn Bucky Yates for their kind donation.
4. All follower, friends and crazy climbing enthusiasts for keeping our hearts fired up for something so out of the ordinary like climbing in Fiji.
5. Tiffany Hensley and Danni of Climbing initiatives USA for your timely support in urgent needs of other critical supplies like new ropes etc.
6. My wife Joana Daunakamakama for keep encouraging me when I'm down and check me when I get over excited.
7. Villagers and head man of Viria in Naitasiri, Navilawa in Ba, Silana Dawasamu in Tailevu for allowing us to scope their lands and trust us like their own.
For the past 14 years since the first holds was raised and bolted onto the wall of our school building by the late Mr Williamson and Kerri Williamson we had only one message for Fiji.
❤"Rock climbing is here to stay."❤
I'm so glad for the school, for opening its doors again to house these supplies before we move it to its permanent home or Rockclimbingfiji gym. ❤❤❤🥰🥰🥰😋💥🤣
stay tuned for more development
