8 WEEK CHALLENGE COMPLETE - 2x4 week blocks with a week of maintenance in between. I cut it short a day due to the fact that I’d fizzled out a bit on the last week having 2 days of total no exercise. My mind state was weak and my headspace was a bit down from personal issues, coupled with reintegrating more life and a full workload back into the plan and choosing wrongly to pass on the exercise…the only thing that was going to make me feel better. Ironically it’s the reason I started so intently on day 1🤔🤣, and the most important lesson I was reminded of today! So after 9 weeks of restarting moving my body again…103.3KG TO 83.2KG, BODYFAT 27% to 10%! MUSCLE INCREASE 6.4KG. Supplement wise I was taking 1. Creatine prior to most exercise and 2. Protein after all resistance sessions. I was about 60% adherent to the planned exercise and about 85% to nutrition. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO TO START IS START! ###

Today is day 29, I celebrated last night to mark my half way point in my challenge with myself! Day 28 I was 88kg, on Day 0 I was 103.3kg. I had been trying to press the ‘Go’ button for 7 years… finally it worked but I have not really had any direction so time to formulate and set some goals!🤔😅🤣
