Today, the Fiji Inter-Hotel Tournament Committee officially kicked off the 2026 season with a visit to the Loloma Home Care Center.

​It was a privilege to spend time with the kids sharing a moment of connection before the busy tournament year begins. This visit serves as our foundation for the months ahead reminding us that our impact should be felt far beyond the football pitch.

​"As we prepare for another year of competition and camaraderie on the field, we must remain grounded. Visiting Loloma Home reminds us to be humble and grateful for our blessings. We are not just Tourism workers and athletes; we are part of a larger Fijian family, and it is our duty to lift each other up."

​We head into this year’s tournament with renewed hearts and a commitment to represent our Tourism industry and our communities with humility and pride.

The Neighbors Volleyball Club (NBC), a financial affiliate of the Nadi Volleyball Association, will be hosting a Prayer Breakfast this Saturday in Nadi. The club is currently preparing its players for participation in an upcoming Volleyball Tournament in New Zealand. This event will mark their third international appearance, a testament to their dedication and rising prominence in the sport.
The team features a strong lineup of Nadi National Volleyball players as well as Fiji International representatives, bringing together skill, experience, and pride for our local community. NBC is scheduled to depart Nadi at the end of December as they embark on their exciting journey to New Zealand.
We extend our warmest best wishes to the team—for both their Prayer Breakfast Fundraiser and their international tour. May their efforts be blessed with success.

The Golden Jets Volleyball Club, a financial affiliate of the Nadi Volleyball Association, is preparing to close the 2025 season with a special memorial tournament in honor of the late Ms. Asena Fugawai. This meaningful event celebrates the life and legacy of a woman who was not only a passionate supporter of volleyball in Nadi, but a true champion of the sport across Fiji. The late Ms. Fugawai was known as an Iron Lady of the Volleyball Court—fearless, energetic, and deeply committed. Whether she was playing, coaching, or managing a team at the national level, she gave her all, cheering with unmatched spirit. A natural leader, she always rose to the occasion, even on short notice, and served with dedication and heart. This Friday, 5th December, and Saturday, 6th December, the Golden Jets Volleyball Club will host teams from across Fiji as they gather to honor and remember the hardworking and inspirational Asena Fugawai. A big vinaka vakalevu to the Organizers and all Golden Jets players for initiating this auspicious event. Your commitment ensures her legacy continues to inspire. We wish the organizers every success in hosting this weekend’s tournament. Good luck and best wishes to all teams participating.
