It's that time of the year again where we get to burn the excess fat🍔🍕🍟🍺 and get back into shape.

Flying Dutchmen club has resumed training and we will be at Nadovu grounds at 5pm this afternoon. We will continue to monitor the weather forecast hoping it doesn't rain and stay sunny until the afternoon.

Bring your boots and water bottles as our trainers Sam Varani and Iete Hue are looking forward to meeting yall.

It has truly been a wonderful season of touch. With just our 2nd season with Nadi Touch Rugby Association reaching the Semi Finals was a Major Achievement to all of us💪🔥 and we would like to thank the teams that will be taking part in the finals all the very best🔥... The stage is set for the Semi Finals across all Categories to see who will book their spots in this Years Grand Finals!

Come on down to the AFL Grounds in Namaka to catch some Touch Footy Elimination action.

The MO category will be featuring Position Playoff's for the Top 8 Teams.
