For 7 consecutive rounds in the weekly Premier Division challenge matches, Bokobuka Vualiku Rugby Club has proudly retained the winning title.

This remarkable run is a testament to the discipline, consistency, and fighting spirit of our players. Week after week, Bokobuka continues to stand tall, defending our title and keeping the championship dream alive. 💪

🌿✨ Everything on this earth has its season… ✨🌿

Bokobuka Vualiku Rugby Club acknowledges our players for their unwavering consistency and discipline that has kept Bokobuka at the top of the Macuata Rugby Union points table.

Since our inception in 2022, we have carried the Katonivere Shield challenge from Round 1 and retained it throughout, finishing as overall champions and topping the points table. In 2023, our first year in the Premier Division, we continued the tradition—retaining championship status and again leading right through to year 2024. Last year, we defended our title, and this year we proudly stand once more as defending champions, currently topping the table.

✨ Early this year, we also embarked on our first-ever overseas tour, taking part in the Seafarers Sevens tournament in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand—where we were crowned Seafarers Champions and will be travelling to defend the title next year. 🏆🌏

From Round 6, we were able to secure the Katonivere Challenge Shield and have retained it ever since. We now look forward with determination to our next challenge.

We remain hopeful that this season will be another successful chapter in our journey. 🙌 The club recently held its thanksgiving service, giving credit where it is due.

We are truly thankful—for our players, our supporters, and the discipline that continues to define Bokobuka Rugby Club.

Congratulations to our players who have successfully graduated from Auxiliary Firefighters to Probationary Firefighters.
Joining the National Fire Authority is a remarkable achievement, and this milestone reflects their discipline, commitment, and perseverance.

The Bokobuka Vualiku Rugby Club is extremely proud of their accomplishment and the example they continue to set for our young players.

Welcome home boys 🚒🏉❤️

Last night was a truly special and unforgettable moment for our Bokobuka family as we gathered together to welcome our champions back home after their incredible journey to New Zealand. They returned not just as travelers, but as Champions of the 10th Annual Seafarers 7s Tournament. 🏆🇫🇯

The atmosphere was filled with excitement, pride, and gratitude. Families and friends came together with joyful hearts, each bringing food to share as part of the celebration. The boys at home worked hard preparing a lovo, ready to honour and welcome our heroes the traditional way.

It was powerful to see the club and families united. One by one, the players were given the opportunity to share their experiences from the tournament — the challenges they faced, the memories they made, and the pride of representing our club on foreign soil. Their stories moved everyone in the room and reminded us that this victory belongs not only to the team, but to the whole Bokobuka family.

The night ended with laughter, heartfelt conversations, and a shared meal together as we listened to more of their stories. It was more than just a celebration of rugby it was a celebration of family, sacrifice, unity, and the pride of our community.

Vinaka vakalevu to the Bula Brothers of Ashburton, New Zealand for the warm welcome and the treat when our boys landed. Brotherhood isn’t just a word — it’s the way we lift each other, look after each other, and celebrate every step of the journey together. Today, you reminded us of that spirit once again.

After their sevens commitments, the boys were blessed with another unforgettable experience — a dream come true — watching the Highlanders take on the Chiefs live at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin.

From Subrails Park in Labasa to the bright lights of Forsyth Barr… what a humbling reminder of how far faith, hard work, and unity can take us. Moments like this fuel the fire in our young men and strengthen the brotherhood that carries this club forward.

To our incredible Fijian community who came out in numbers to support our boys vinaka vakalevu from the bottom of our hearts.

Being away from home is never easy, but seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd truly meant more than words can express. In that moment, you didn’t just show up you brought the Labasa spirit to life. The cheers, the encouragement, the flags, the smiles… it felt like we were playing right back at home.

Your hospitality, your warmth, and your unwavering support made our team feel embraced and strengthened. You reminded our boys that no matter where we go, we carry our people with us.

Thank you for standing with us, believing in us, and cheering our boys on every step of the way. This journey would not have been the same without you.

🎉🎉🎉10th ANNUAL SEAFARES 7S TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS ‼️‼️

To God Be All The Glory. 🙏🏆

In our very first appearance at the 10th Annual Seafarers 7s Tournament, we have been crowned Champions.

At halftime we were trailing 15–5. The odds were against us. But in those final minutes, our boys showed courage, resilience, and unwavering faith. They gave everything they had for the jersey, for the club, for our families, and for everyone back home.

This victory did not come easy. It was earned through sacrifice, discipline, belief, and the grace of God.

To our loyal supporters, our families, and our Bokobuka Vualiku Rugby Club this win belongs to you. Your prayers, encouragement, and support carried us through.

We sincerely thank the Seafarers Rugby Club for providing this opportunity. This tournament has given our players invaluable exposure and an unforgettable lifetime experience.

Above all, we give honor and glory to God for His provision, protection, and guidance throughout this journey.
