🏏 Division 2 — Season comes to an end in the Semi-Final!

What a summer it has been for Vantaa Cricket Club in Cricket Finland Division 2! 💙 We’ve had a great season throughout the summer, with some fantastic performances, memorable games, and plenty of moments to be proud of.

In yesterday’s Qualifier/Semi-Final, we gave it everything, but Turku Tigers chased down the target to win by 6 wickets. Congratulations to TTG and best of luck for the final! 👏

A massive thank you to all our players, coach, supporters, Family memebers and everyone behind VCC for making this season such a memorable one. 🙏

🏏 Victorious Match Update | Cricket Finland T20 League - National League Division 2

What a brilliant performance by the Vantaa Falcons! Defending a total of 156 all out (19.4 overs) with some fantastic knocks from Damith Samaranayake (42) and Sahan Abeygunawardena (24).

Our bowlers then put on a masterclass, restricting Kuopio CC to 132/8 in their 20 overs. Outstanding spells from Hashan Samarasinghe (3-28), Sanithra Vishmila Botheju (2-18), and Ranuka Fernando (2-18) sealed a stellar 24-run win! 🏆🔥

Great teamwork and a hard-fought defense out in the middle. Onwards and upwards! 💪

🏏 Match Update | Cricket Finland T20 League - National League Division 4

A hard-fought battle out in the middle ! Vantaa Challengers put up a competitive total of 154/4 in our 20 overs, led by a great knock from Sahan Abeygunawardena (48) and solid support from Rakitha Clements (47) and Milan Fernando (22).

Shaurya CC managed to chase it down in 17.2 overs, securing a 6-wicket win. Well played to Shaurya CC!
