To drive the punches (any kind) with relaxed power one must hold few principles in place - remember relaxed is not limp, it is very much active, alert and alive, the support beam must be in place and breathing 360 deep diaphragmatic breathing to gain the core support (IAP and Dan Tian) and connection to the gravity.
