This weekend we had an unforgettable experience: an 8-hour intensive seminar where we also celebrated Simo Sairanen’s 20 years in Wing Tsung alongside me.
During the first 4 hours, we focused on the First Section of the Wooden Dummy, and in the second part of the day, we worked intensively on each student’s individual level. Our students gave everything they had—training with passion, dedication, and incredible strength.
I want to give a very special mention to Simo. He started in Wing Tsung when he was just a child, and since then, he has continued training with me with unwavering loyalty, discipline, and perseverance. These 20 years are a true testament to his dedication to Wing Tsung and to the incredible person he has become both on and off the mat. 🙏✨
It was also an honor to welcome the groups from Joensuu, Vantaa, and the tireless Juha Heiskanen from Kuopio, who brought even more energy and camaraderie to this very special event.
Thank you all for your energy, commitment, and enthusiasm. Together, we continue growing on this Wing Tsung journey!
