I guided Finland’s first Olympic swimming medalist in 25 years to Bronze, and I’ve spent 20 years helping swimmers and triathletes break through plateaus.
Step 1: Get a video analysis of your own stroke so you know exactly what’s slowing you down, this is not generic feedback, it is your actual technique in depth analysis.
Step 2: Follow a training plan built specifically for your event and your stroke. No more swimming the same sets as everyone else at your club or grinding distance without purpose and progress.
Step 3: Train with quality intervals that give your body the chance to actually recover and adapt, so every meter you swim has a purpose.
If you want help executing this, along with weekly video analysis, group Q&A calls, mental training, and a community of masters swimmers and triathletes doing the same thing, I JUST launched the 60 Day Swimming Mastery Blueprint where I’ll hold your hand and customize this entire process with you step by step…

60 Day Swimming Mastery Blueprint is LIVE (7/10 Spots Left)

Do you feel like you’re putting in the hours in the pool but still plateaued, frustrated that your effort isn’t showing up in your times?

- Swim-specific dryland and weight training

Most masters swimmers and triathletes train by swimming more. More meters, more days, the same sets as everyone else at their club regardless of what event they’re actually racing.
The problem with this is it’s not specific to you and it often pushes you to train while fatigued. You end up swimming a lot of garbage yardage that doesn’t build your stroke or your speed, and you burn out chasing hours instead of results.
The NEW way is training built specifically for your stroke and your event, based on video analysis of your own swimming, using high intensity intervals that hit the exact adaptation your body needs, followed by a programmed in recovery.
This is superior because every meter you swim has a purpose. You train less, recover more, and actually get faster because your body has the chance to adapt.
I guided Finland’s first Olympic swimming medalist in 25 years to Bronze using this exact approach, and I’ve helped hundreds of swimmers and triathletes break through plateaus with it over 20 years of coaching.
Stop swimming more and hoping something changes, start training with a plan built for you.

I swam 7 days a week and got slower. Then I found the method that made me a 5x D2 NCAA champion and record holder.
I used to try to get faster by swimming more. Seven days a week in the pool, hours in the gym, my own homemade practices on top of club team sets.
It sucked because I was burning out. I wasn’t trusting the process because there wasn’t really a process, just more hours added onto more hours. I was constantly tired, unable to swim fast in practice, and sometimes I was actually getting slower instead of faster.
But then I got introduced to HIIT in swimming and the idea of rehearsing race pace in training and leaving time for recovery. I realized every single meter I swam needed a purpose. No more junk yardage. Just quality work that actually moved the needle, with enough time for my body to rest, adapt and improve.
This led me to becoming a 5x NCAA Division 2 champion and record holder, a finalist at the European Championships and semi-finalist at the World Championships, and then a coach who guided Finland’s first Olympic swimming medalist in 25 years to Bronze in the 200m breaststroke - using exactly the same system.
I’ve now spent 20 years coaching swimmers and triathletes from around the world, helping hundreds break through plateaus most of them had been stuck at for years.
If you are a master’s swimmer or triathlete and this resonates with you.
If you have are tired of repeating same old training and not getting better, you might want in on this one.
I am now opening a selection process where I will help you solidify your stroke, improve your swim efficiency and help you drop anywhere from 1-10+ seconds off your 100m - in less than 8 weeks.
If you are interested, DM me here, or book a call with me to see if we are a fit:

Most masters swimmers and triathletes are training hard, sometimes 7 days a week, doing the same sets as everyone else at their club regardless of whether they’re a sprinter or a distance swimmer.
The problem with this is more meters doesn’t mean better meters. You’re burning out, staying tired, and swimming a lot of garbage yardage that isn’t actually improving your stroke or your speed.
This leads to plateaus that last months or years, frustration that your effort isn’t paying off, and worse, sometimes actual regression in your times.
After guiding Finland’s first Olympic swimming medalist in 25 years to Bronze and 20 years of coaching swimmers and triathletes around the world, here’s what I’d do instead.
Train specific to your event and your stroke, based on video analysis of your own swimming.
This is because every single set you swim has a purpose behind it. No more garbage meters. Your body actually gets to rest and recover, so it can perform and improve every time you get in the water.
Which leads to dropping real seconds off your time, feeling confident in your technique, and knowing your training is actually working.
You can think about it like this:
Do you want to keep swimming more and more meters hoping something changes? Or would you prefer to swim less, with a plan built specifically for you, and actually get faster?
If you recognize yourself in this text, I just built a program to move past your current plateau.
I will be helping selected 10 people drop 1-10 seconds per 100m and improve their stroke over the course of 8 weeks.

I explain cost per meter swimming and why better stroke economy can help you hold more speed with less fatigue. You will learn how to identify energy leaks swimming, improve swimming efficiency, and correct a deceleration leak swimming that causes you to lose momentum between strokes.

For years, I believed I just needed more time in the pool. But the real breakthrough came when I stopped chasing random workouts and started identifying the biggest limitation in my swim, fixing it, testing it, and repeating the process. That's exactly what I share in this video.
