Jazz Factory offers dance classes in Authentic Jazz & Charleston, Lindy hop and Blues, brings shows to your parties and organises dance events with All That Jazz! Jazz Factory is run by Laura Halttunen - teacher, performer, choreographer, director, event organiser, impressaria and leader of the notorious Midnight Follies & Swingin' Bootleggers. Jazz Factory offers teaching in dance styles such as
Charleston & Authentic Jazz, Lindy hop and Blues both as weekly classes and workshops, given by Laura herself, other local teachers, and international teachers. In addition to organising and giving dance classes, Jazz Factory has been busy for years in helping the swing and blues scenes grow and flourish, by organising dance related activities, among which also bigger social dance events spiced up with dance cabarets and fantastic live music. Clothing rental service for those fine speakeasy nights also provided by Laura and her magical wardrobe. Laura is happy to whip up tailor-made private or group dance classes and workshops as well - at the Jazz Factory studio or elsewhere.
