✨ All-Stars looking for a coaching/benching crew for 2025! ✨
Helsinki All-Stars plays roller derby on an international level, mainly in Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby Association’s (WFTDA) sanctioned tournaments. Our goal is to play at the highest possible level but also enjoy the process and have fun with it!
👀 We are looking for members to our coaching and/or benching crew that can potentially consist of various different combos of people with different skill-sets and levels of commitment.
💛 Ideally we would have a Head Coach, who could commit to planning things like our training schedule, game strategy, line-ups, play time distribution and skater feedback together with our three captains. The Head Coach could also be part of the HRD Team Selection process and we wish they could bench us in as many tournaments as possible.
💎 In addition, we would love to find line-up managers, team managers, game statistics people and footage analysts! Or if you feel you could help us in some other way – get in touch with us!
💚 We appreciate good communication skills, understanding of roller derby and willingness to learn more and develop as a member of our team! Most of our games will be abroad in Europe this season and we would love to have as many coaching team members as possible traveling with us. However, we do understand that people have other commitments too, so please don’t hesitate to apply even if you are not sure about the traveling!

🎙️ We will interview all applicants and let them know about our team’s decision within max. two weeks’ time. Our team chooses the coaching team and holds the right and final call to choose the coaches from the applicants.
