Finnish Melges 24 Class Association was awarded with the title Class Association of the Year 2017 (Vuoden luokkaliitto: Suomen Melges 24 -liitto) by Suomen Purjehdus ja Veneily last week. And Helsingfors Segelklubb achieved the title 'The Organizer of the International Event of the Year 2017' ( Vuoden KV-kilpailujärjestäjä: Helsingfors Segelklubb) - due to the successful Melges 24 Worlds 2017. Congratulations!

Quantum's Carlo Fracassoli added World Champion to his resume again after winning the 2017 Melges 24 world title for the second time in August in Helsinki. Quantum’s Director of Offshore One Design Scott Nixon interviewed the Italian champion to learn about the event and his team's success.

Gill : Quinton Diaries - 2nd Corinthian at the 20th Melges 24 Worlds in Helsinki
The Melges24 Gill Race team led by Gill sailors Miles Quinton and Geoff Carveth, with their final result in the World Championships in Helsinki hosted by Helsingfors Segelklubb (HSK) which will be the 20th World Championship.
