Ennätykselliset yhdeksän 5.5-venettä osallistuivat Napoleon raceen Porvoon Hamarissa. La purjehdittiin neljä lähtöä ja tänään kaksi. Kiitos järjestäjille ja muille 5.5-tiimeille hyvästä kisasta!

Thank you fellow int. 5.5m crews in the Finnish fleet for the 2024 season! The 5.5 class has grown with both new teams and new classic beauties, reaching a whopping 10 participants in one of the races! It's a real joy to be part of this active and developing class. Crew Int 5.5M s/y Trial look forward to what season 2025 brings with it! See you all next year!

Location: Helsinki - again. Last weekend the Int 5.5M s/y Trial team won the Finnish @5.5 class Championship at the HSS Classic Yacht Committee 131-year Champagne Regatta. This weekend BS Classic Regatta arranged by Brändö Seglare is on the agenda⛵

Today the Int 5.5M s/y Trial and the rest of the int 5.5 m fleet stay ashore. The remains of a heavy storm are sweeping over Helsinki, cancelling the races for the HSS Classic Yacht Committee Helsingfors Segelsällskap meter classes. 🌊 Yesterday the fleet enjoyed two starts in the Finnish open nationals and Sailpix.fi caught the flying classics on the course.⛵ For more pics, see link below 🩵

Yup, the place to be this weekend is at the HSS Classic Yacht Committee Champagne Regatta.🍾 A whopping nine int 5.5m's competing outside the shores of Helsinki. ⛵⛵⛵⛵⛵⛵⛵⛵⛵

The int 5.5 metre Finnish Class Championships will start tomorrow, Friday the 23rd with skippers meeting at 11:30 at HSS. Boats will return in the afternoon for a beer at the pier followed up by the 5.5. metre BYOB party at the East Shed of HSS.

Nine boats registered: FIN-9 Vis-á-Vis, FIN-51 Lotten, SUI-182 Chaje II, FIN-12 Pohjantähti, S-43 Gerd-Lilian II, L-41 Remi, FIN-15 Kisen, FIN-43 Figaro, FIN-4 Trial. ⛵️
