Women´s Spirit

As the month of March has been journeying - so has the arrival of the spring and sprouting been present in the energies - even when at times the snow has arrived as a visitor for a moment - to then disappear for the following hours and days - the nature has it´s ways and as we are deeply connected to the natural cycles - be that we are aware of it or not - we are part of nature as human beings. 

the connection to nature and energies a that are present is vital to navigate our lives with ancient wisdom that is coded into our cells and beingness - and the flow with it makes life more ease filled - even when the darker winter seasons test us and make us reflect and discover the wisdom in all that is present and integrating it into our beingness.

As the trees carry their wisdom - and awaken in the spring time to bloom - so are we coded to do so as well - to align with the stars and the moon - with the cycles and the wisdom of the elements that bring us to ourselves and into a state of balance and remembrance of who we truly are.

It is a moving meditation - always ongoing and living practice of awareness and what is alive for us in the moment. Women´s health & wellbeing is especially deeply linked to cycles - therefore aligning with the is wise practice to embrace what is alive for you - and to embrace your natural energetic levels for highest quality & experience of life - and how intentional living along with it can align us with what we truly desire.

Isn´t that what most of us are after?

In this month I got the honor to join as a guest speaker at a Women´s Spirit Festival - for the celebration of women´s month, health & wellbeing in all areas of life. I spoke into working with energetics instead of against them - and of the importance of the energetic and spiritual hygiene in our lives as a vital part to be aware of. I've been recently on a journey of my own in this winter portal - honoring the cyclical nature of life and what is alive

From this place of stillness of winter began emerging new forms of being - along with the Imbolc and the promise of spring came into rebirthing new states and levels of remebrance. New and ancient forms of being - the wisdom being revealed that had always been with me - emerging me to remember and come into fullness of understanding more of myself
