This picture is one full of love.
A deep love in my eyes for the man who is taking this picture, a revelling love for the unfolding adventure we are on together, a deeply grateful love for the life I am living and a heartfelt love of the work I have been sharing, the connections I have been watching with people and themselves and a genuine connection between people that are on the same path on the retreat I have been doing. And my deep respect and love for the unseen realms. Words fall short. But love speaks. ❤️

It is a strange and wonderful fact to be here, walking around in a body, to have a whole world within you and a world at your fingertips outside you.

It is an immense privilege and it is incredible that humans forget the miracle of being here.
Rilke said, “Being here is so much”, and it is uncanny how social reality can deaden and numb us so that the mystical wonder of our lives goes totally unnoticed.

We are here.

These are central pillars at my Relax & Restore retreat, a 7 day transformative experience held at Suryalila Retreat Centre, in the heart of 🇪🇸 Andalucia.

Relax & Restore is held from the 29th of January to the 5th of February.

This program is especially designed for busy city people with a lot on their plates and not so much time.

People who really like to know how they can apply science tried and tested techniques and tools as well as more profound esoteric teachings to their own benefit, and maximising health and well-being on an emotional, mental, psychical and spiritual level.

The program is curated to fully activate the body’s natural healing system, the parasympathetic nervous system, with daily long therapeutic yoga classes, bed time guided yoga nidra’s in the fabulous Om Dome, bespoke visualisations in the Garden of Stillness, meditations, a masterclass, healing circles, nature, gorgeous food and really a lot more.

It is backed up with academic, professional experience as well as snippets of wisdom gained through personal life altering experiences.

“The moon leaned her full,
round face so close to mine
that her mountains touched
the furrows of my brow.

“I have a secret”, she said
with a wink. I waited.
“You’re not dead until you’re dead”, she said.
It was a bit incredulous.

“You’re not impressed?”, the moon asked, looking just a bit perplexed. “Well, let me put it this way then”.

“You’ve got every single day that you’re alive to really live.
Isn’t that due cause for a celebration?”
Her enthusiasm was infectious.

The moon bent low, just missing a collision with a flying wedge of geese.
“So what are you doing this evening?” she asked.

“I’m being me”, I said.
“Oh, that’s the best!”, the moon replied,
and smiled widely, resumed her place in the starlit sky.
