Walking back from yoga last night, I saw this.

I was heading home, to my safe space with my full fridge and running water.

This morning, I got up and ran before work because I can, safely.

My daughter went to school after having breakfast because she can, safely.

I post this because as a mother, no damn it, as a human, my heart hurts so hard right now.

This has to STOP 🛑

“Oooh

that feels lovely” said my joints!

Today, due to being a ‘touch’ chilly and windy this morning, we moved to the grassy area next to our usual spot under the bridge.

We all agreed that it felt different doing Metafit on the grass.

That it definitely felt good on our joints having a softer surface to jump/land on.

So, I’ll mix it up a bit.

Sometimes hard, sometimes soft 😉

Next session is on Thursday and we go for coffee ☕️ afterwards! Yeah

On Thursdays, we go for coffee after Metafit (great way to get fit and make new friends 😉)

We often go to this super cool cafe .vlc which is close the park. Their coffee is AMAZING BTW!

Today, my coffee (2nd photo ⬆️) came with this foam ‘art’. Now…it’s been awhile but it made me think of a p***s rather than a flower 🤣

Or is it just me?! 😊

Anyway, coffee and company were FAB

….
