Class description:
In this 1h class we focus on developing your strength and cardiovascular fitness through a full body circuit, targeting each muscle group in different blocks of exercises with little rest in between them. It is a great class to push yourself through a challenging workout that will keep you strong and alive.
Equipment:
we will use basic equipment like mats, kettlebell, TRX, abs roller, skipping rope, elastic bands, etc
Please let us know before starting the class if you suffer from any pain or injury. Each class will be adapted to the level of the participants. We recommend that you attend the classes consistently, this is the only way you will see your results.
CORONAVIRUS MEASUREMENTS: Due to coronavirus pandemia, everyone will use the disinfectant gel before the class. The instructor or instructors will always wear the mask as they need to correct exercises during the class. Mask is not compulsory for the people while they are training, but the 2 metres distance needs to be kept at all times. All equipment is disinfected after every class. We recommend people to bring their own mat and a towel, for safety reasons. Groups will be reduced to maximum 10 persons at this particular point, and we will keep adapting to the measurements and restrictions of the government guidelines.
