I have moved recently to the area of Moraira , this is located a little South from Valencia. You should check it out on a day trip!

Therefor I am not offering any group classes at the moment in Valencia. But I am certainly open to chat about a private session for your mindful Group Activity in the city.

Today I had a small group class at the park, and as usual it was very special! Very unique, the people, the park, the light.

All so enjoyable. In these times I can’t be bothered by the distractions around us. Literally a man jumping as a frog doing his own workout🐸
Thats the real challenge, keep your own energy, no drama, just you, the park and your practice. I promise, you’ll be surprised how focussed you can be

Breathwork as a tool to feel

When I was dealing with grief I did not feel for a long time, I blocked myself from feeling because it was simply to much to feel the pain of loss. In time feeling happiness and joy came back and allowing love to flow.

Through my experience as a breathwork practitioner and yoga teacher, I witnessed how easy and deeply the breath connects us to ourselves.

That curiosity led me to dive deeper into the breath, and become a breathwork facilitator.

Breathwork allows us to feel beyond the surface and activate our natural healing system.

That’s why we do breathwork, to feel. release & heal. I’ll be happy to guide you on this reconnecting journey.
