I found this puppy living outside in terrible conditions here in Albania.

She’s extremely sweet, playful and affectionate, and she deserves so much better than the life she currently has.

I seriously considered keeping her myself. I already got attached to her in just a few hours.

But the reality is that I live full time in Airbnbs and travel constantly between countries. Adopting a young puppy properly requires stability, time and a lifestyle that I simply cannot give her right now.

I am fully willing to pay for:
vaccines
vet visits
microchip
papers
transportation costs if needed

I just want her to have a real chance at a safe and loving life.

“Vegans need supplements to be stronger than meat eaters”

meanwhile the biggest consumers of supplements are meat eaters ( animal abusers) .

After a decade vegan I still don’t take supplements and I’m doing just fine. If you think the multi-million dollar supplement industry survives on the tiny percentage of vegans alone, you’re completely delusional. Protein powders, pre-workouts, creatine, vitamins , the market is built mostly around non-vegans, not us 🌱💪

I want to clarify something!

I don't discard all supplements. It can be useful and really help you depending on your journey, I just dont use any for myself.

I've been vegan for 10 years and I can't believe I only just discovered chickpea flour omelettes. This thing is actually insane. It tastes really good, and you can basically throw anything you want into it. I kept it simple this morning, just onion and tomato, and I still ended up with a breakfast that hits around 30 grams of protein for about 400 calories.

And if you want to push it further, it's super easy to level it up. Add tofu, beans, whatever you feel like. It all works.

It's honestly one of the best breakfast hacks I've found. No animal products, no exploitation, just solid food that actually works for your body.
