That frontflip 360 from Tom Acherer. Slowmo because some things deserve a second look. 🤙

Filmed in Tarifa. Height, control, style. Lands it, pops straight up on the foil and jibes right out of the move like it was nothing. For most of us that’s a bucket list trick. For Tom it’s a Tuesday.

Stop bending your knees or bending at your waist! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
It’s killing your stability and most importantly your wingfoil jibe progress!
Every other sport tells you to get low. Wingfoiling is the exception.
Bending your knees makes foil height control difficult when it’s most critical!
The fix: think of yourself as the extension of the foil mast. Tall. Stiff core. Strong.
Try it next session - just one focus point. You’ll feel the difference immediately. And please report how well it worked 🙏🏼👌🏼

Thats why i don’t really get how to use a harness while wingfoilin- 😅🤷🏼‍♂️
Linking one trick after the other is just one of the awesome possibilities in this sport of 😎⭐️🤙🏼
