Kitesurfing can be scary. Seriously, we get it!
Especially when your last session was a while ago, you’ve just finished your beginner course or you’re kitesurfing at a new spot for the very first time.

That’s exactly why we offer supervised sessions at KBC Tarifa!

While you’re out on the water, we’re keeping an eye on you from the beach. And sometimes, we’ll even head out and ride alongside you.

Either way, we’re here to make sure you feel safe and confident out there!

PS: There’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking one more lesson to refresh your skills or get familiar with a new spot. Even experienced kiters do it!

Tarifa is still beautiful in autumn: Less crowds, more space on the water, still warm and plenty of windy days. And while the rest of Europe is slowly switching into winter mode, you can still spend your days kiting, hanging at the beach and enjoying tapas in the old town.

Getting here is easy too, with Gibraltar, Jerez, Málaga and Seville airports all within reach ✈️

Yes, Tarifa isn’t the easiest spot to learn kitesurfing. There are small waves and you can’t always stand in the water. But that also means: once you’ve mastered your first steps here, you’ll be ready to kite almost anywhere!

August is almost over! Ask a local (or Franky) for their favorite month in Tarifa and September will probably be pretty high on the list!

The summer season is still in full swing, but the beaches slowly get less crowded. The Atlantic is warm, the days are still long and sunny and Levante and Poniente keep giving us plenty of opportunities to get on the water.
Los Lances with a little more space? Yes please. 🤙

And after your session, summer isn’t over either. Grab a ce***za at the beach, head into the old town for tapas or drive towards Valdevaqueros and watch the last kites come off the water as the sun goes down.

Less crowds. Plenty of wind. Warm days. More space on the water.
