To add more diversity to my current timetable the Tuesday 7pm Bokwa class will now be changing to 20/20/20. Thursday 7pm Bowka will remain as normal.

What is 20/20/20? A full body challenging workout 20 minutues cardio, 20 minutes strength & sculpt & 20 minutes abs & core. This all-in-one group fitness class will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and revitalized.
