🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ Helping ambitious gay & trans men break mental barriers, master nutrition, & sculpt a strong, confident physique while travelling or with busy careers. My own personal transformation was an uphill battle with my mindset and lacking knowledge about nutrition and exercise at the beginning. However, on the surface it was all smiles, dancing and drinking. I pushed my way through each workout

and eventually joined a course in gym instruction and passed with flying colours. Then the concept of my muscle and mindset business began to form. People who want to build muscle, understand nutrition, take accountability and work on their mindset became the priority so I gained additional qualifications in personal training and life coaching. I utilised this knowledge to guide individuals online through the process with high quality and individualised programs, education, empathy, encouragement and information at a far greater speed than I had myself in the early years. Therefore, I streamlined my approach with an emphasis on results, results, results. Inclusive Fitness comes from a desire to help anyone, regardless of their background, to grow their physique with an open-minded coach in a safe, non-judgemental environment. I pay particular attention to the LGBT+ community because our lifestyle comes with added mental health difficulties, body image and concerns about training in a gym. As a result, my approach to mindset coaching will arm the individual with all the necessary tools to move forward positively in a sustainable manner by smashing those goals. Today I live with my amazing partner Jose in Sitges Spain where we encourage and inspire each other to grow and be the best possible versions of ourselves

If you're a busy professional and short on time, this is your lunch and dinner sorted in ten minutes.

Grab two wholemeal wraps, spread hummus on both, then slice an avocado and spread that on too.

Add mozzarella, three slices of low-salt ham to each wrap, then slice up a pre-boiled egg and lay that on top. Pour over some black pepper.

Fold both wraps and tuck the ends in tight so nothing falls out.
Add a little oil to the pan, give it two minutes to heat up, then add both wraps.

Five minutes each side until they're golden brown.
Wrap them in foil or kitchen paper and you're done.

Two protein-packed meals, ready to go, ten minutes prep — lunch and dinner sorted.
That's how you eat well when life doesn't slow down.

Have you watched Heated Rivalry?
This show is taking the world by storm and it is not just because of the chemistry.

It is sending a powerful message:
love exists everywhere.

And yet, in 2026, so many gay men are still living exhausting, hidden lives in sport, in careers, at work, from family.

Still monitoring ourselves.
Still editing our voices, our stories, our bodies.
Still sacrificing parts of who we are out of fear
fear of being judged, disowned, or unsafe.

That quiet self-erasure comes at a cost.
And most people never see it.

I know how completely rubbish it feels when you are burnt out and overworked. It doesn't help when being gay brings a host of extra issues that increases stress and our nervous system is always on at work. Can you relate to any of this? Drop a comment below...

Work burnout hides inside succesful careers and behind our smiles.
Warning signs for gay and trans professionals. How may do you recognise in yourself?

1. Discrimination is still real: Those little comments people think are harmless? They add up. The stares. The gay jokes in the office. That split-second where you calculate: "Is this situation safe? Can I be open here? Can I hold my partner's hand here?"

That vigilance is exhausting. Microaggressions, homophobia, transphobia and the fear of rejection or violence can lead to constant vigilance and anxiety.

2. Internalised Homophobia: Sometimes the hardest critic isn't out there, it's in here. Years of absorbing what society says about who you're 'supposed' to be absorbed and directed inward, can cause feelings of shame, guilt, and self-doubt. This internal conflict can be mentally exhausting and contribute to burnout.

3. Coming Out: Coming out never really ends. New job? New doctor? New boss? New client? New friend group? You are doing the math again; do I tell them? How do I tell them? What if they react badly? That emotional labor? It's invisible, but it's heavy.

4. Pressure to Conform:There can be pressure within the gay community itself or in the workplace to conform to certain standards or stereotypes of appearance, behaviour, or lifestyle. Must love fashion, pride parades, Ru Paul etc. This pressure can lead to feelings of inadequacy and more stress and contribute to burnout.

Burnout is more than overwork. It’s the result of prolonged stress on your nervous system. For gay men, that stress isn’t just deadlines and pressure, it’s the added emotional load of navigating environments that aren’t always safe, affirming, or fully inclusive.

And what are the physical symptoms? Check the next video…
