Throwback to that time we built a trollmobile for Carrera de camas disfrazadas, aka the bedrace. This one definitely goes down as one of my favorite EMPWR memories. Can’t wait to do it again in 2027! 🫶🏼 🛌💨

The EMPWR is entering a new chapter. 🫶🏼

We’re saying goodbye to our beloved yoga shala, and turning the space into something new: a bigger, more comfortable coworking & creative space.

No rows of generic desks or ugly office chairs. You know me better than that. 😉

Celebrating Swedish Midsummer with our community ❤️🇸🇪

Moving countries often means leaving friends, family, and traditions behind. And as a community filled with people from all over the world, I know many of us can relate. Some traditions we miss more than others…

For me, Swedish Midsummer has always been one of my favorite holidays, and one I’ve tried to carry with me wherever I go. But this was the first year since moving to Spain in 2023 that I was able to celebrate it properly.

And honestly, it made me a little emotional.

I’m so grateful for this community and for all the wonderful people who came together to celebrate, laugh, sing questionable Swedish drinking songs, play silly games, and embrace all the fun and weird traditions that come with Midsummer.

And a special thank you to for hosting and for making a traditional midsummer strawberry cake 🍰❤️

My hope is that this is just the beginning. That together we can continue sharing traditions from all over the world, learning from one another’s cultures, and creating new traditions of our own 🥰

Thank you to this beautiful community for celebrating such an important day with me ❤️
