MAS NOVEDADES MDracing RC hoy presentamos nuestro MDT-FF.
MDT-FF se trata de un chasis de escala 1/10 de tracción delantera diseñado a partir de la plataforma MDT con doble top deck vertical. El departamento de calidad de MDracing rc ha escogido la ultima generación de proceso de fabricación y materiales para la creación de su MDT-FF, al igual que los ingenieros de la marca han prestado especial atencion en el diseño de todas y cada una de las piezas del MDT-FF lo que lo convierten en un producto premium tanto a nivel de diseño como calidad y fiabilidad.
CHASIS Y SUBCHASIS:
El chasis del MDT-FF de Fibra de carbono de 2,2mm en conjunto con el doble Subchasis vertical esta dotado con el sistema VFC ( Variable flex control) que puede controlar la flexión transversal y longitudinal del chasis a traves de la combinación de los espesores de los top deck y la combinación de sus tensores aportando mayor o menor flexibilidad a lo largo y ancho del chasis, lo cual hace que el MDT-FF se adapte a cualquier situación de circuito. Opcionalmente el piloto MD racing rc puede m***ar el chasis de aluminio (FF0041141 MDT-FF 7570 T6 Aluminium Chassis) para circuitos de moqueta o grip extremo.
MD ACS (Active camber sistem).
Siguiendo las formas de su plataforma el tren trasero del MDT-FF esta dotado con el sistema de camber activo el cual genera un comportamiento mas continuo en el paso por curva, podiendo neutralizar el mismo con un simple cambio de set up.
MD MCS (multi caster sistem)
El tren delantero esta dotado del sistema multi caster (MCS) con el cual el piloto puede escoger entre 4 o 6 grados de caster intercambiando la pieza Carbon arm insert opcionalmente.
SUSPENSIÓN:
Los trapecios del MDT-FF han sido diseñados para ser compatibles en cualquier posición por lo que utiliza un único tipo de trapecio inferior y superior facilitando el stock de repuesto del piloto MD racin rc. Opcionalmente el Trapecio Inferior puede ser reforzado (0461 MDT Carbon lower arm Reinforce) lo cual ofrece mayor rigidez al trapecio en condiciones de máximo grip.
DIRECCIÓN:
El MD mini10 esta dotado con el sistema de dirección flotante (FSS) con el que el servoy la barra de dirección queda totalmente flotante.
MANETAS DE DIRECCIÓN:
El conjunto de magueta se ha diseñado con con buje de aluminio 7570 T6 anodizado y brazo de fibra de carbono de 2,5mm ubicado en una posición muy baja lo que contribuye a rebajar el centro de gravedad, gracias a su diseño las mangetas del MDT-FF son compatibles en las cuatro posiciones del coche.
BANCADA DE MOTOR:
La nueva bancada de motor bidireccional ofrece al piloto la posibilidad de m***ar el motor de forma avanzada o retrasada sin obtener cambio en la posicion del Spooler lo que ofrece una nueva posibilidad en el reparto de cargas segun las condiciones de circuito.
REPARTO DE CARGAS:
Gracias al trabajo de diseño de nuestro departamento técnico el piloto del MDT-FF podrá realizar la distribución de cargas del MDT-FF según decida gracias a la gran versatilidad en la ubicación de los elementos electrónicos y baterías.
COMPATIBILIDAD:
El nuevo MDT-FF es compatible en un 80% con sus hermanos MDT-15 y MD MINI10, por lo que el piloto MD podrá compatibilizar sus reacambios con tres modelos diferentes MD racing RC.
MDT-FF is a chassis of 1/10 scale of front-wheel drive, designed from the MDT platform with double top deck vertical. The quality department of MDRacing rc has choosen the newest generation of proccess of fabrication and materials for the creation of his MDT-FF, as well as the brand ingeneers have paid special attention to the design of each and every piece of the MDT-FF. What converts it in a premium product in both terms of designing level, quality and reliability.
CHASSIS AND SUBCHASSIS:
The MDT-FF made of 2,2mm carbon fiber in conjunction with the double vertical subchassis is equipped with the VFC system (Variable Flex Control) that can control the cross and longitudinal flexion of the chassis through the combination of the top deck thicknesses and the combination of its tensioners, giving more or less flexibility to the lenght and the width of the chassis, what makes that the MDT-FF could adapt to every track condition. The drive can optionally build the aluminium chassis (FF0041141 MDT-FF 7570 T6 Aluminium Chassis) for carpet or extreme grip tracks.
MD ACS (Active camber system).
Following the platform shapes, the front train from the MDT-FF is gifted with the activated camber system that generates a more continuous behaviour in the step by the corner, giving the possibility of neutralizing it with a simple set up change.
MD MCS (multi caster system)
The front train is gifted with a multi caster system (MCS) in which the driver can choose between four or six caster grades, optionally exchanging the carbon arm insert piece.
SUSPENSION:
The MDT-FF arms have been deigned for being compatible in every position, so it only uses a type of lower and upper arm, facilitating the spare driver's stock.The lower arm can optionally be reinforced (0461 MDT Carbon lower arm Reinforce), what gives the arm a higher rigidity in maximum grip conditions.
DIRECTION:
The MD mini 10 is gifted with a floating direction system (FSS) in with the servo and the direction stick is completely floating.
STEERING LEVERS:
The mangueta set has been designed with an anodized aluminium 7570 T6 bushing and a carbon 2,55 mm fiber arm located in a very low position, what contributes to reducing the centre of gravity, thanks to its design, the sleeves of the MDT-FF are compatible in the four positions of the car.
MOTOR BENCH:
The new bidirectional motor bench offers the driver the possibility of building the motor in an advanvced or delayed way without getting change in the position of the spooler. This gives a new chance in the load sharing depending on the track conditions.
LOAD SHARING:
Thanks to the designing job from our techincal department, the MDT-FF pilot will have the possibility of distributing loads according what he decides thanks to the huge charges and electronic elements location's versability.
COMPATIBILITY:
The latest MDT-FF is compatible in an 80% with its siblings MDT-15 and MD MINI 10, so the driver will have the possibility of compatibilizing its spare parts with three different MDRacing rc types.
