Éire Óg Sevilla es un equipo de fútbol gaélico con base en Sevilla fundado en 2009. El club se creó con la idea de introducir este deporte en la ciudad, mantenernos en forma, disfrutar del “craic” y, dicho sea de paso, ganar el Campeonato Ibérico de 2016. Las personas que forman el equipo proceden de diversos lugares, concurriendo varios idiomas a la vez. Actualmente,

tenemos un equipo masculino y otro femenino vistiéndonos con una camiseta verde y roja con el fin de incorporar los mejores y peores colores de la ciudad. En 2017, comenzamos un nuevo proyecto de iniciación en el fútbol gaélico, Sevilla Seamróga (Sevilla Tréboles). ENGLISH

Éire Óg Sevilla is a gaelic football club based in Seville and formed all the way back in 2009. The club was created for people living in Seville, with the idea of introducing gaelic football to the city, keeping fit, having a bit of craic and (ahem) winning the Iberian GAA Championships. We’ve a mens and women’s team and play in green and red jerseys, incorporating the best and worst of Seville’s sporting colours. In 2017, we started a development project team called Sevilla Seamróga (Sevilla Shamrocks).

🇮🇪 It’s the cosiest month of the year, and we’ve got a couple of big dates coming up! 🎄✨

• Christmas Dinner at The Merchant — 18:30h
• Pub Quiz — 21:00h (same place!)

• 12 Pubs of Christmas 🍻🎅

We’ll take training a bit easier this month, with a few light sessions here and there. At the end of December we’ll take a holiday break — and be back full of energy in January! 💚🇮🇪

This Saturday, November 29th, we host our home tournament in San Jerónimo Rugby Pitch, kicking off at 14:00h!

We’re excited to welcome Marbella, Málaga and Gibraltar, who will join us for an afternoon of great Gaelic Football and even better atmosphere 💚✨

After the games, we’ll all get together to celebrate 🍻

🇮🇪 Another great Pub Quiz night! 🍻🧠 Last Friday’s quiz was full of energy, laughs and plenty of friendly competition. We even added a new twist to the musical bingo, making it more dynamic — and it looks like everyone loved it! 🎶🔥

🇮🇪A long day but a brilliant one in Málaga yesterday 💪☘️
The lads gave it their all in every match, and the girls came away with one win and lots of great moments on the pitch. Tired legs but happy hearts — that’s what team spirit is all about! Big thanks to all the teams and to Málaga for the warm welcome and great organisation. Back to Sevilla and straight to The Merchant to celebrate the day together 🍻🏐🇮🇪

Los chicos lo dieron todo en cada partido y las chicas se llevaron una victoria y un montón de buenos momentos en el campo. 🇮🇪 Sunday’s session was one for the books! 🏐💚
We had 20 players on the pitch, including some new faces who tried Gaelic Football for the very first time — well done and welcome to the team! 🙌

After training, we kept the Sunday tradition alive with some food and a few drinks together 🍻☀️
Energy is high as we get ready for the Málaga tournament this weekend — can’t wait to get back on the pitch! 🔥
