“I felt unhappy, felt fat and getting fatter out of control, but no desire or will to change. I felt stale stuck in a rut, no motivation, no desire to change, but getting low mood as a result - it felt like a vicious never-ending circle.”
But now:
Lisa has lost 14.9 inches off her body all over
&
1.3 stone of body fat in 8 weeks
As a result, Lisa has more energy, she is sleeping better and she’s ready to start tackling harder exercise, pushing her mind and body further - I can’t wait to see her results further down the line! She is now lifting heavier, feeling more toned and enjoying her fitness regime!
Together we focused on a better fueled diet, and an 3 day strength exercise program and 2 day cardio/strength programme in which we worked all the body and pushed it to work harder. This way, it helped Lisa understand what is right for her and to get her body moving mindfully and start achieving her goals.
Moment Lisa realised this was life-changing? Realising that she can still enjoy her days out with her family without feeling guilty. She can exercise and move her body without feeling sluggish and tired. Realising she can have the bar of chocolate all whilst still making progress and smashing her goals!
I am so proud of Lisa and how hard she has worked over the last 8 weeks and it just goes to show - this is not a short term solution to a long term goal - it’s a stepping stone into changing your life for the better!
I can’t wait to see where Lisa’s progress takes us in the next few weeks!
