Team AF led by Team Lead Driver Oliver Margetson (Olly) is a small group of individuals who are passionate about representing England at the forthcoming 4x4 Euro Trials in La Robla, Spain.

Is there anyone local / about who could possibly fabricate a much smaller version of this trailer cover (ie with the zipable roll up side windows) for a tiny little cart / trailer? The dimensions required would only be approximately 130cm L x 65cm W x 100cm H, if that helps?

The dates for the 2019 EuroTrial Finland Have been announced. Time to start figuring out how to get the trialer over there and to get this years sponsors on board. Anyone out there who would like to sponsor Team AF in this years competition or who fancies a trip to Finland please get in touch?

And then it was all over! As we board the ferry to bid fairwell to Spain and EuroTrial 2018! Let’s see what EuroTrail Finland is like next year??

After the presentation, Olivers Army were definitely the party! 🍾🥂 Can you tell which photo was taken at 04.40am this morning?? There were a few quieter soles today though, put it this way only half the team made it out tonight?? 😴

It was a bit smokey after the last roll but Olly managed to have a good go at all of todays sections. He left the worst to last and the last one was particularly crazy, he had a good go at getting over that rock in the last pic but with his size vehicle he would have needed wings to do it so he picked a few points there.

This one was a good one, Olly managed to bend the roll cage and fill the engine with oil. The marshalls took our race tag and sent us back down to get it inspected by the technical guys, it could have been all over, but after a bit of welding (and extreme panel beating) we again passed scruitneering and were back! Temporarily down, but definitely not out!

Today started with some cracking driving! In the first section he came so close to getting a clear round scoring only three penalty points for needing a shunt to get over a rock. Then on the second section he flew up a few slopes and rocky sections that he didn’t think his truck would be able to handle with no problems.

By the end of the day we had had a few tumbles and got beached on a massive rock but at the close of the first day Olly had gallantly completed all the stages that were set for him and had picked up much less penalty points than he was expecting! Both Olly and the trailer had survived to face another hard day of trialing!
