Men's Yoga is moving locations to the Norfolk Snowsports Club!
Free taster Wednesday this week (9 Sept) for those that haven't tried the class yet. Join us in the upstairs function room at 6pm. Those that can't touch their toes are especially welcome!

Regular classes will resume at the Norfolk Snowsports Club Mondays, 6-7pm, starting 21 Sept.

Had the most amazing time teaching at Norwich Yoga Festival last weekend!!! Absolute blast with all the joyful movement - thank you for welcoming us. It was a real honour to join on the mainstage this year, and get so many people laughing and wobbling together!!
