The HYROX season isn't over yet!!

With a few big races coming up for us in Cologne and then Nice, we're still training compromised running and Hyrox stations heavily.

Give this workout based on the first half of your Hyrox race ago to give you a feel for race day and to get your legs running compromised 😪

Ѻ 2 rounds of:

1000m run
1000m Ski
1000m run
50m Sled push
1000m run
50m sled pull
1000m run
80m burpee broad jump

💤Rest 4 minutes in between rounds

🛷 Sleds at competition weight

These Transformations = 🔥

8 weeks of making changes to daily habits in nutrition, sleep and training have paid off massively for our Consistency Challenge members!

We are so proud of the progress they have all made 💪

The challenge aimed to positively impact people´s lives by helping them achieve their goals (weight loss, muscle gain, fat loss etc) through nutrition, training and sleep.

No matter how small the improvement was to these habits, we wanted this 8-week challenge to be the catalyst for each member to achieve their goals and make bigger changes to their habits as they go.

Some members definitely went in hard with their habit changes and it shows! 💪
Nick, Tim and Cat smashed this challenge and we can't wait to see their progression going forward. 😄

After “three years of trying”, Tim is smashing his goals and realising that one of the most important aspects of his transformation is his nutrition.

This is why it was important for us to pair training AND nutrition in this challenge so people got the amazing results they wanted.
