The HYROX season isn't over yet!!
With a few big races coming up for us in Cologne and then Nice, we're still training compromised running and Hyrox stations heavily.
Give this workout based on the first half of your Hyrox race ago to give you a feel for race day and to get your legs running compromised 😪
