Blessed summer🌞

🫶🏽In Barcelona visiting family and exploring with friends.
🌞In Ibiza for 5 weeks of rest, play, community and beauty.
🐚In Mallorca for a day, visiting my Goddaughter and bestie. 🇬🇧In London at the end, for some city fun and a road trip to Stonehenge + Glastonbury.

Throughout it all feeling beyond blessed for this life and to share it with my love, family and friends that feel like family♥️ so much gold has come from this that I’ll be sharing bits about soon!

5 weeks in Ibiza, hosting many of our dear friends and spending great times in community. Nature, sun, ocean swims, greaaaaaat food, daily sunsets, music, ritual, prayer, sweats and a bit of fiesta💃🏼

Feeling full and so grateful!
Community is gold. Good friends are gold. Kind hearts and expanded minds, are gold🙏🏽✨
 Now being intentional about taking the space to integrate all that has happened over the last few months, and to truly let in and let land the immense beauty, love, inspiration & lessons I have experienced throughout it all.

Taking the rest of the month to rest and replenish amongst other things, and tuning back in from September with some announcements and opportunities! Stay tuned🫶🏽

Until then, I’ll keep sharing some more summer memories and insights☺️

Burning Man🔥throughout the years, I:

❤️‍🔥Made many new friends, and deepened with old ones.
❤️‍🔥Officiated a wedding, and officially entered in partnership with my man♥️
❤️‍🔥Taught many workshops, and held space for many people.
❤️‍🔥Danced, laughed hard, tried new things and cried some too.
❤️‍🔥Grieved my Father, and old relationships.
❤️‍🔥Spoke my prayers and intentions to the Universe, and saw many dreams come to life.

…And it all kept bringing me closer and closer to me, and to God.

Burning Man has been a home away from home for years - a place where I have come deeper and deeper into myself each time; through play, self-expression, movement, wonder, beauty and some times challenge.

And this year, after we had bought tickets, booked the RV and hired a friend to help drive it in…

I got an intuitive hit that we were not meant to go.
My heart was 100%, but this “warning sign” feeling came up enough times to decide to listen⚠️

No explanation, no reason why. But I knew in my body that we weren’t meant to go…

So we listened, and we cancelled it all.
A part of me wishes we were getting dusty with friends once again - but I also have a whole body knowing that this was the right choice.

So for all of you asking —— no workshops nor dances from me at The Playa this year, fam♥️

We’ll be grounding after an incredible summer + getting back into a good routine.
To all of you going - I hope you have a blaaaaaast!!🫶🏽🫶🏽🤩

There’s nothing wrong with us.
That’s the first thing we get to understand when we want to embark on a journey of integrated healing.

Recently I had the honour of co-facilitating an intimate panel with my new friend and dear friends + at our villa in Ibiza. During the event I was asked how Embodiment Work helps us access more love -and I responded that firstly, by giving us a context to understand that we all make sense.

We’re not faulty - we make total sense based on what we’ve gone through, the meanings we gave certain experiences when we were too young to process with maturity and awareness, and the energy still stuck in our bodies (which leads to all sorts of compensations &nervous system default settings).

While we can disagree with people’s actions and call forward more integrity, justice or goodness where needed, in the path of healing and forgiving ourselves, it’s key to remember the purity and innocence of our core essence and human experience.

When we do this, we can lay down the weapons we once pointed at ourselves and stop trying to fix ourselves. We can shift from condemning to observing, and change from a place of self-love rather than self-judgement.

Then the energy once used to self-criticise can be used to work on creating a felt sense of safety in our bodies. Because when we feel safe, we dare to be ourselves. And the “self”, at the core, is GOOD👌🏽

Look at babies & young children before they’re programmed and wounded —they are pure. And I believe the same is true for us. We are pure, minus the patterns we once learned that sometimes lead to not-so-pure behaviours…

This is why I sometimes find it hard to describe what I do.
Yes, I help people heal through somatic + shamanic work.
I help people rewire their nervous systems.
I help people reconnect to their power, confidence and full potential.

But in essence, I help people come home to themselves♥️
Because from there, everything is rearranged✨.

What a gift this life is♥️✨ Here’s something currently on my mind:

I am a very resilient woman.
I have cultivated and experienced enough of my strength and power to fully trust this.

My embodied fierceness was forged through years of challenges and tests, courage and bravery…
And yet, I will say that it took me even more courage, bravery and intentional effort to learn to embody softness🤲🏽

To receive.
To trust.
To surrender.
To release control patterns.
To be ok with being misunderstood.
To be unbothered by people’s misinterpretations of or projections towards, my being, my gifts or my intentions.

There’s something to be said about how we walk through life when we know we’ve got us - and a whole new world that opens when we trust that because we’ve *actually* got us, we can let others (and life) have us, too.

There was a time when devotion was something I gave to everyone but me.

To my partner.
To my purpose.
To Nature.
To my mentors.
To God.
To the people I served.

I knew how to worship life well…
But I hadn’t yet learned to place myself on that altar, too.

Deep inside, I questioned whether I could.
👉🏽Was I safe to take more space, to own my steps?
I feared what others may think, so I shrank and betrayed my own instincts, needs, and desires more times than I can count…

But the deeper I deepened in my healing and leadership,the more I remembered:

🌹 The way I worship myself leads the way for how I allow life to worship me. 🌹
(or how I allow myself to feel and receive that, really).

Call it worship, devotion, or reverence— I mean a practice of deep presence, respect, and unconditional love for your own being.

When I reclaimed this for myself, I:
🌹Stepped out of chasing worth through performance
🌹Chose my voice over external validation
🌹Honoured my truth, even when people-pleasing felt easier
🌹Released the masks I wore to be accepted
🌹Embraced my essence more fully—in relationships, leadership…everywhere

Everything shifted when I treated my presence as holy🕯️

✨I slowed down and met life in a new way
✨Welcomed my desires + emotions as sacred messengers
✨Poured into my purpose from fullness

🙏🏽And started moving through life as if my energy is a living, breathing prayer

Because it is.
And so is yours ❤️
