A great group of people's at night for our latest women's empowerment course. So awesome to have a group of great attitudes and so willing to take themselves out of their comfort zone.

Due to popular demand we will be running a 5 week course to cover what we want to teach more in depth.

Rollin tonight 7:15pm... Still high on the vibe on our head coach Pete de Been coming to play for a couple of days last week. Very inspirational human being. We will be working on a couple of the techniques tonight from the seminars.

Fantastic session with the Mater Dei Jiu Jitsu Masterclass we had today. This school is in their second term on the KRBJJ program, and we have 32 in our Friday morning group and then our masterclass at lunchtime.
