First of all-a lot of women neglect this part of their body when training. Fix that...you need to train every single muscle in your body.
Rear delt is a small muscle that sits at the back of your shoulders.
"Not feeling it" often comes down to poor form.
This is where a lot of people go wrong by using excessive range of motion.
Here are some tips that will help you to execute this exercise better:
✅ Contract your shoulder blades
✅ Keep your shoulders and traps relaxed
✅ Keep your arms in line with shoulders
✅ Don't put too much weight on- correct form is more important than weight
✅ Keep it slow and controlled
