Yesterday was the last VCL matches of the Summer season.

All 3 teams were in action yesterday in the VCL.
The Sheriffs were at home to Greenlands losing 3-9, the winning team was Margaret Patterson, Mary Whitelock, Steve Cantley & Ron Nairey in the rinks 16-12.
The Marshalls were away to La Marina having a great 8-4 win.

It was the last game yesterday for the Monday summer leagues & all 3 teams were in action.
The Moors were at home to La Marina winning 10-2 .
The best 2 trips came from Deirdre Anderson, Janet Parr & Gary Ponsford 33-3 & Pat McEwan , Ron Peters & Eddie Cowan 37-7. Shots were 121-51.
The Christians were away to Country bowls also winning 10-2 . Best winning trip came from Ann Taylor, Jim Taylor & Phil Ginger 27-9 , shots 99-75.
The Vikings lost 0-12 .
Well done to everyone who played in the summer leagues and we will be back in October.

All 3 teams were in action on Wednesday in the VCL.
The Sheriffs were away to Country bowls losing 4-8 . Points came from Steve Parr (singles ) 21-15 & Margaret Patterson, Mary Whitelock, Steve Cantley & Ron Nairey in the rinks17-12.
The Deputies were at home to Phoenix where they had a fantastic 12-0 win.

The Moors were away to San Luis losing 2-10 , the 2 points came from Deirdre Anderson, Janet Parr & Gary Ponsford 22-12.
The Christians were at home to Bonalba losing 4-8 , best winning trip came from Linda Douglas, Mark Westmoreland & Graham Barwell 19-10.
The Vikings were at home in the afternoon to Monte Mar also losing 4-8 , best winning trip came from Trudy Hayes , Roy Widgery & Steve Thitheradge 19-9.
