Happy Friday! I wanted to share with you all a phrase which a fellow instructor friend of mine always used to say:

"No se trata de repeticiones, sino de desafíos, y la última tiene que ser mejor que la anterior" =
"It's not about the number of repetitions, but of challenges, and the last one has to be better than the previous one"

Pilates is about quality rather than quantity. I've even heard people claim that 10 push-ups executed using the Pilates method is worth 50 normal push-ups. Try it and believe it!

Diversity Pilates is now starting a beginner’s group so that you can start from ground zero and we will work our way up together, at group price.
Groups are between 3 and 7 students, meaning that you will get personalised attention, the way Pilates was meant to be. And your first time is always free!

So what’s there to lose?

Many people have physical limitations or conditions, but we would like to reiterate the Diversity Pilates concept: that Pilates can be adapted to any person’s own level, and our qualified Orthos instructor is trained in working carefully with these and can even help you to improve them. Or you might be in great condition and just want to get even fitter, the smart way!

Group classes will be at a choice of these times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 8AM or 9AM, and Saturday at 9AM. Please message us or send a Whatsapp to 656293630 with your preferred time and any questions you may have.

Pilates will teach you to re-establish communication with your body and to strengthen your “core” muscles.
