It is with more than a little sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the permanent closure of Fleet Dive. Anyone who had the pleasure of joining us down there on the spectacular Costa Brava will understand the passion that we put into making diving holidays as enjoyable as possible. There's no question that the model we employed was unique and the location, whilst not truly world class, pretty damned close with gems like Cap de Creus and the truly beautiful Medas Islands within our extensive portfolio of dive sites. It was also much more than the diving though as I'm sure you will agree!
Fleet dive was always more than a business and some would say not even a business. It was a passion and the hope of a thoroughly enjoyable pension for a couple of old sailors. We will miss it terribly but will cherish the friendships that we have collected along the way with people we consider to be the salt of the earth.
From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for your support!
One last hope remains for the region and we are pleased to announce that our best buddy Philippe will continue to run the Centre d'Immersio Empuriabrava with his boat "Mai Tai" and he would be delighted to make your groups (or even you as individuals) welcome. He may be able to source water-side accommodation but in any event will certainly manage to find something suitable. Many of you will remember Philippe digging us out whenever an issue cropped up. Nobody knows the area better than Philippe and he would be certain to get you in the right spot and look after you exceptionally well.
