I will be looking at this from the point of working on all 4 bodies which are emotionial, spiritual, physical and also mental and bringing them back into wholeness. I will be doing this by sharing meditations, information and also CBD, crystals, herbs, teas, book

s and other products. we believe that by looking after ourselves and the environment we can working towards a better world for us and future generations
The word Shamballa comes from John Armitages teachings this energy system is now call the New Paradigm MDT. I learnt and was attuned into Shamballa in 1997 and it has helped shape me into who I am today �

✨ NEW PARADIGM MDT ✨

Over the coming weeks, I’m going to be sharing much more about New Paradigm MDT, the healing sessions I offer and the courses I teach.

New Paradigm MDT is a modern system of energy healing and personal transformation. It isn’t about giving your power away or expecting somebody else to “fix” you. It is about reconnecting with your own strength, clearing what no longer serves you and becoming more conscious of the changes you want to create.

I was first attuned to this energy by John Armitage in 1999, and it has remained a major part of my life and work ever since.

I am now President of New Paradigm MDT in Spain. From Shamballa Crystal in Rojales, I offer:

✨ SHAMBALLA CRYSTAL — A NEW CHAPTER IS UNFOLDING ✨

Since reopening, I’ve been putting a lot of thought into what I want Shamballa Crystal to really represent.

And it is so much more than a crystal shop. 💜

Shamballa is a space for learning, experience, personal growth, conscious change and self-mastery.

I believe that real change requires more than simply attending a workshop, having a healing session or hoping that somebody else can change things for us.

True transformation asks us to participate.

To look at ourselves honestly.
To take responsibility for our choices.
To recognise what needs to change.
And then to actually do the work.

That philosophy runs through everything I am creating at Shamballa.

There is a lot coming over the next few months.

Some of it is already beginning. Some of it I’m still developing behind the scenes.

After our little summer break, I’ll be back in the shop from Wednesday 26th August 💜

I shared our new opening times yesterday, so have a little look at the previous post if you missed them.

I’m really looking forward to getting back into the shop, seeing everyone again and starting to plan what we’re going to be doing over the next few months.

There are lots of beautiful crystals waiting for you, as well as our workshops, healing space and plenty more to come.

And September is going to be the start of some new events and gatherings at Shamballa too… ✨

✨ Shamballa Crystal is reopening! ✨

After taking a month away to rest, recharge, reorganise and get some fresh energy back into the shop, I’m really happy to say that Shamballa Crystal reopens on Wednesday 26th August 💜

I’ve also changed the opening hours slightly:

Wednesday: 15:00 – 20:00
Thursday: 09:30 – 15:30

I’m looking forward to getting back into the shop, bringing in some fresh stock, and welcoming everyone back.

As always, if you’d like to book a healing session, private shopping appointment, workshop, or another appointment outside normal opening hours, just message me and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

Polished crystals have been shaped and finished to create a smooth surface, making them comfortable to hold and easy to work with.

They’re ideal for meditation, carrying with you, holding during energy work, or simply enjoying the feel of the crystal in your hand.

Polishing changes the shape and finish, but you’re still working with the same mineral. Some people prefer crystals completely raw and natural, while others love the tactile feel of a beautifully polished piece.

It all comes down to how you want to work with your crystal.
