✨💜 WHAT’S COMING UP AT SHAMBALLA CRYSTAL – ROJALES 💜✨
We have four wonderful events coming up throughout October and November, each offering a different opportunity to explore, experience, connect and grow.
Whether you’re looking for a welcoming community, an opportunity to release old patterns, a deeply immersive sound experience or an introduction to energy work, there’s something for you at Shamballa Crystal.
Here’s a closer look at what’s happening! ✨
🌸 FRIDAY 23 OCTOBER – WOMEN’S CIRCLE: BALANCE
🕔 5:00–7:00pm (arrival from 4:45pm)
💜 €10 energy exchange
🌷 Facilitated by Jade and Kat
Connection • Sisterhood • Belonging
Our Women’s Circle offers a welcoming space where women can come together, share openly, listen deeply and support one another without judgement or expectations.
October’s theme is BALANCE.
In our busy lives, it can be easy to become caught up in responsibilities, other people’s needs and the constant demands placed upon us. Sometimes we simply need a space where we can step away from all of that and reconnect with ourselves and others.
Through meaningful conversation, shared experiences and a beautiful tea ceremony, Jade and Kat will create an opportunity for genuine connection and reflection.
You don’t need any previous experience of women’s circles. Come as you are, participate in the way that feels comfortable and enjoy being part of a supportive community.
⚔️ SUNDAY 25 OCTOBER – ARCHANGEL MICHAEL: CUTTING THE TIES
🕐 1:00–3:00pm
💜 €35 per person
Going round in circles? Do the same lessons keep returning?
Have you ever noticed yourself repeating the same patterns, experiencing similar situations or finding yourself drawn back into circumstances you thought you had already moved beyond?
Sometimes we recognise what we want to change, yet find ourselves responding in familiar ways.
This workshop explores those repeating patterns through a deep guided meditation working with the energy of Archangel Michael, followed by a symbolic fire-release ritual.
Within this energetic practice, Archangel Michael represents clarity, strength, truth and the conscious release of attachments and connections we no longer choose to carry.
This is an opportunity to acknowledge what has been, reflect on what continues to influence us and consciously choose a different direction.
The emphasis isn’t on fighting the past or blaming ourselves or others. It’s about recognising our own power to make choices and participate in change.
✨ Acknowledge what has been.
✨ Release what no longer serves.
✨ Reclaim your power.
✨ Choose your way forward.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.
🎶 THURSDAY 5 NOVEMBER – SOUND BATH IN THE COURTYARD WITH CARLOS
🕗 8:00–9:30pm
💜 €15 per person
Probably our final outdoor Sound Bath of 2026!
If you’ve never experienced a Sound Bath at Shamballa Crystal, this is something quite special.
Our beautiful enclosed courtyard creates an extraordinary setting for sound.
The surrounding walls reflect and reverberate the vibrations of the instruments, creating an immersive sound experience that surrounds you.
Rather than simply listening to the instruments from a distance, you’re immersed in the layers of sound as they resonate around the courtyard.
You don’t just listen to the sound. You’re immersed in it.
Carlos brings a wonderful collection of instruments, including gongs, singing bowls and other sound-making instruments, creating an evolving soundscape that invites you to switch off from everyday distractions.
The acoustics of our courtyard are a particularly special part of the experience. The combination of the enclosed space, the instruments and the atmosphere makes these outdoor sessions memorable.
As we move further into autumn, this will probably be our last opportunity to enjoy a Sound Bath outside this year.
Come along, get comfortable and allow yourself time to relax, unwind and simply experience the sound.
No experience is necessary. You can lie down or sit, whichever is most comfortable. Please bring a mat, cushion and blanket if you wish.
Places are limited and a deposit is required to secure your booking.
✨ SUNDAY 29 NOVEMBER – EXPERIENCE THE MAHATMA ENERGY
An Introduction to New Paradigm MDT
🕐 1:00–3:00pm
💜 €35 per person
🌟 Led by Sarah Dougan
Have you heard of Mahatma Energy or New Paradigm MDT and wondered what they’re actually about?
This introductory workshop offers an opportunity to explore the teachings and experience the energy for yourself.
Mahatma Energy is central to New Paradigm MDT, an energetic healing system that works with the principles of unconditional love, expanded consciousness, personal responsibility and self-mastery.
Rather than simply talking about energy work, we’ll explore some of the philosophy behind the practice and move into a guided energetic experience.
We’ll look at the importance of conscious choice, releasing limiting beliefs and becoming more aware of how we participate in our own personal and spiritual development.
There will also be time to ask questions, explore the teachings and learn more about New Paradigm MDT and the courses available.
Whether you’re completely new to energy work, curious about Mahatma Energy or considering further training, this workshop provides an accessible introduction.
Experience the energy. Explore the teachings. Ask questions. Discover for yourself.
