Me and my awkward tan lines 🥲

First few days here have been weirdddd.

Besides the rain I’ve felt it difficult to switch off from my life back in Liverpool.

I absolutely worship the sun and spending time on the beach with my feet in the sand is so grounding and makes me feel calm.

I’m an anxious girly and my mind is always racing about what I have to do in the future and what might happen etc etc

So this is time for me to be in the present, what I feel, see, touch, smell and taste. An exercise I’ve been implementing and asking myself to connect with the present moment.

As a coach I’m great at giving advice to my girls but terrible at taking it 🥲🤣

Something I definitely have to work on.

Apart from all that stuff, I’m loving speaking Spanish, seeing the arquitecture and eating intuitively. I’m not restricting myself and if I want an ice cream I’ll have an ice cream 🍦

That’s all for now. I’m sure you’ll see more rain in my stories in the next 30 min 😂😂😂

🕰️ PLAN YOUR WORKOUTS: Just like any other important task, scheduling your gym sessions ensures they fit into your day. Make them a priority by treating them like meetings that you can’t cancel.

⭐️ INCORPORATE SUPERSETS: Maximize your time at the gym by performing two exercises back-to-back with little to no rest. This not only boosts efficiency but also keeps your heart rate up, giving you more results in less time.

🌅 USE EARLY MORNINGS: Find time during your less busy hours, whether it’s early in the morning or during lunch breaks. This makes it easier to squeeze in a workout without disrupting your work or personal life.

🙃 SET REALISTIC GOALS: Don’t expect to transform overnight. Set attainable goals that align with your schedule and fitness level, so you can stay motivated without feeling overwhelmed.

🏃‍♀️ STAY CONSISTENT, NOT PERFECT: Progress isn’t about being perfect every day. Show up regularly, even if it’s not your best day. Consistency over time leads to lasting results.

🧑‍⚕️ PRIORITISE YOUR HEALTH LIKE APPOINTMENTS WITH DOCTOR: You wouldn’t skip an important doctor’s appointment, right? Treat your gym time with the same level of importance to ensure it becomes a non-negotiable part of your routine.
