Sessions are from 18:15-19:15 on the following dates:

--- 18th May
--- 15th June
--- 6th July
--- 10th August
--- 7th September

Sessions are £7, which includes entry to the lake. They are aimed at those who have swum open water before and would like to develop their open water skills, ideal for triathlon and open water races. Sessions will be a mix of skills and drills as well as fitness work.
