Expert Coaching, delivered to improve your Swimming Technique & Skills in swimming, plus Bike & Run training session..

What do our Tri Camps offer you ?


Swim Coaching Sessions.

You will have daily one hour coached sessions, working on Specific swim skills and drills to enhance your stroke. These will be held in the Olympic 50m swimming pool, with video feedback


Strength & Conditioning and Flexibility Sessions - specific to all 3 disciplines of Triathlon


It doesn’t matter, if you are a Sprint, Standard or half or Full distance Ironman Triathlete, as all Triathletes, need muscular endurance and power. Our dry land sessions, will help your muscles become more tolerant to the repetition of training for Triathlon. Our mobility routines, will also keep the condition of the muscles flexible, giving good range of movement, which will add real benefits to your training & racing.



Level of ability:

Our Tri camp is suitable for athletes looking to improve their triathlon endurance/speed swim ability. We would specify that you should able to swim at least 100m Freestyle, without stopping, to be suitable for our camps -

So you maybe be a beginner/intermediate or experienced athlete but have yet to master the swim section..

Our programme of training, allows you to have some valuable down time to relax, and enjoy the sun with your fellow Tri camp athletes, or perhaps you’ve decided to make a family holiday of your week and therefore enjoy some valuable down time with your family.

Or be guided with Cycling Training sessions and or Run sessions.. options to bring your own bike or hire from a store located nearby.. there’s a bike hire in the hotel.. cube bikes throu Max Huerzler Lanzarote Barcelo Active resort..

We only have small groups to ensure coaching quality.. limited to 6 places each week

You don’t have to book a full 7 days… 1 day.. 3 days.. 5 days., you can choose your days to join and be coached.. total flexibility

Challenges are everywhere!..

Reaching the peak of any challenge and defining its success.. is not the focus for reflection..

The challenges along the way.. and your attitude dealing with challenges as they arises is where your true reflection of defining success should be!

Challenge one is starting.. simple yes!.. but starting on time and with PURPOSE is key

Challenge two.. keep going after 2 weeks.. simple again .. but the early stages are simple development of attitude, routine and mindset

Challenge 3 to infinity..
Don’t look for easy, Don’t loose Clarity of THE BIG GOAL..
Have amazing people in your circle.. but You must take full responsibility to complete your training sessions
No matter what.. just keep going 👊👊

Post Lanza camp.. feeling tired.. sluggish.. that’s ok 👍

Consistency is key.. there’s no secret or magic formula.. it’s lots of tiny details and decisions.. staying focused on those long base training sessions that are kinda Doable but slightly uncomfortable

Little shifts weekly.. either Effort, Time, Distance..

Look after yourself.. today’s session needs to support tomorrow session.. and the next day… and the day after that..

No Finish line.. no End.. Just Goals, Targets.. repeat 🔁
