Taking place in PLATJA D'ARO, we have provisionally boo

ked the hotel Platja Park in the centre of this popular and stylish resort. Various different workout sessions will fill up your day and in the evening you will be able to enjoy the hotel’s in-house entertainment or go into town and use your free nightclub entrance tickets. Transport:
Shared coach/taxi/minibus transfers to and from the arrival airports. We suggest looking at flights arriving at Girona (GRO), Barcelona (BCN) or even Perpignan (PGN). Accommodation:
4**** hotel in twin rooms. There is a supplement for single rooms. The accommodation includes 3 or 7 nights HALF BOARD (first meal dinner/last meal breakfast) depending on the package you choose. An ALL-INCLUSIVE (food and drink throughout the
day) option is available at a surcharge. Individual room supplement £17.00 per night

Fitness Sessions:
These will take place in the hotel complex, using the central terraces, the pool and the indoor meeting rooms. You can take your choice of 6 different sessions taking place during the day. Resort Assistance:
We will provide 24 hour resort assistance for you during your stay. Travel:
Flights are NOT included. We suggest you look at “low-cost” airlines flying into GIRONA. Alternative arrival airports are BARCELONA or PERPIGNAN. We are able to organise your flights through a
UK tour operator should you wish; a surcharge will apply on top of the total cost of the flight. Insurance:
You should take out suitable travel insurance which covers sports injuries, or we can supply this through our UK agents. Also be sure to bring your
