What a fantastic grading well done everyone

After the toughest grading the club has seen for z few of the boys - I can honestly say that I am so proud of everyone who graded yesterday. Two fellas have now got black in their belts and it is an honour to have trained with them.

Well done to everyone that took their Taekwondo grading yesterday. Jeff, John & nick getting their 4th Kup (Blue Belt), Josh & Gary getting their 6th Kup (Green Belt) and Sebby his 9th Kup (Yellow Tab)
Also congrats to John for getting the grading award.

Hi guys hope you had a great easter.
Change of plan for tonight, going to burn off all those easter eggs tonight with a circuit and padwork in the first hour 6.30 to 7.30 and then tae kwon do from 7.30 to 8.30.

Massive congratulations to all the kickboxers at yesterdays grading, it was one of the best kickboxing gradings we have had....... You all worked so hard and you all deserved the Kyu's you were awarded.

Congrats to john and nick for double grading and being awarded with 2nd kyu's one belt left guys and then training for 1st Dan .........the effort you both put in was fantastic and all your techniques were great. A high credit to the school.

Well done to Jeff, great effort and the improvement in your techniques was huge........... A well deserved 5th kyu......

Great grading by Gary, whose techniques / attitude were superb, lots of effort has been put in by such a little man in both the classes and outside, a well deserved 8th Kyu and grading award.............

Well done to Lilia on her very first kickboxing grading your techniques were great and the effort you put in was fantastic a well deserved 9th kyu and grading award..................

Congrats everyone for today's kickboxing grading. Well done to John Sawyer and Nick Cussell who got their brown belts, also to Jeff Dandy who got his purple belt. Well done also to Garry for getting his yellow belt and to Lilia for her red belt

Good luck to the all the kickboxers who are grading this sunday. Please remember to be there early!! Grading will start at 10.30 prompt so please make sure you have enough time to warm up before as it is going to be a long one!!!
