POLICE TECHNIQUES SEMINAR (HKDP)
Valencia - Spain December 14, 2024

It was held in the facilities of the Kukkiwon Club of Valencia a Police Techniques seminar, specifically the Module No. 1 Training.
The course was given by Master Rafael Balbastre 9th Dan of Hapkido, 8th Dan of Taekwondo and with Certification of the National Direction of the Spanish Police.
The development of the seminar was divided into:
-Legislation on state security forces and police interventions.
-Arrest technics
-Handling technics
-Submission technics
-Frisk technics
-Handcuff technics
-Police baton technics
The seminar was attended by students from Madrid, Tarragona, Castellón and Valencia cities.
Among them were security officers, students for police and specialists in Martial Arts.
