Warning! Camino is closed in the center of Pamplona😳. Due to construction works at the Portal de Francia (French gate) it is impossible to get to Casco viejo (old city center) for the pilgrims on the original path. I attach a map of the possible detours. Buen Camino!🤗

Good news for fellow pilgrims: A new albergue donativo just opened a week ago in Pamplona!! Priest Carlos is waiting for the pilgrims in Albergue Diocesano which is located on the second floor of a beautiful historical building (Betania Centro Cultural) in the heart of Pamplona. The address is: Calle Recoletas, 1, 31001 Pamplona (2 minutes walk after the city center). Equipped with 14 beds in two rooms and they serve community dinner. Price: donation.

Have you ever seen a Credencial for dogs?🤩🤩 It was a big honor to be the first to stamp the Credencial of Pirata who walks to Santiago with his owner Florence. Buen Camino guys!!!

What an incredible journey! Gaetan Bohler from Strasbourg (France) is on his way from Paris to Dakar (Senegal/Africa)😱. He plans to walk to Santiago on the Camino Francés then down on the Camino Portugues to Giblaltar where he takes the ferry to Morocco continuing his walk along the Atlas mountain to the south. His plan is to get to Dakar in February. You can follow his unique adventure on his Instagram page. Buen Camino Gaetan!!
