Starting the gym can feel intimidating. Especially if it's been a while, you've had injuries, or you've never felt comfortable in gym spaces before.

Grit 'N' Glory Gym is a private, women-only strength training studio in Palma, designed to feel calm, discreet and supportive. We start wherever you are and progress at your pace, with thoughtful coaching focused on long-term strength, confidence and bone health.

You don't need to be fit to start.
You don't need to keep up with anyone else.
You're not behind.

Hi, I’m Leanne 👋
I didn’t get into the gym because I loved fitness.
I got into it because I wanted to feel strong, capable, and confident in my own body.

Over the years, I realised something important:
so many women avoid gyms not because they don’t care about their health but because they don’t feel comfortable, seen, or supported there.

That’s why I created this space.
A private, calm gym where women can learn to lift weights properly, at their own pace, without judgement or pressure.

Strength isn’t about being the strongest in the room.
It’s about feeling confident in your body and in your life.
