Here’s a little introduction from Vero in her own words:

“¡Hola! I’m Vero 🌺

At 11 years old, I started studying ballet and contemporary dance, and from that moment on, I knew I wanted to make movement my life’s work.

Over years of dancing, movement became so much more than an art form—it became a way to listen to my body, move more efficiently, and prevent injuries. That naturally led me to Pilates. For me, teaching Pilates is all about helping others connect with, care for, and strengthen their bodies through conscious movement.”

“Marlot is a Vinyasa Yoga and Reformer Pilates teacher focused on breath, strength and finding joy in movement.

Originally from the Netherlands, it was life on Ibiza that opened her up to various practices for personal growth and well-being. It led her to (vipassana) meditation and a Yoga Teacher Training with Nora Belton. Ever since, the mat has become part of her daily routine.

Movement, she believes, is an essential base for living a happy life. It eventually brought her to the world of Pilates, where she completed an in-house Reformer Pilates Teacher Training with Holistic Movement.

In her classes, Marlot creates a space where you can move with control and awareness, one breath at a time. Last but not least, she hopes her classes offer a chance to slow down, disconnect, and reconnect with yourself and those around you.”

“Hi, I’m Laura! I fell in love with Pilates because it’s such an empowering, accessible practice that helps us connect deeply with our bodies.
My background is rooted in natural medicine—I qualified in the UK as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist in 2013, focusing on gut and hormone health. Alongside being a Reiki practitioner and trained in Systematic Kinesiology, I’m currently studying to become a dietitian here in Spain. I love bringing all of these disciplines together to support our community in feeling strong, balanced, and truly happy.”

Tam brings nearly 12 years of teaching experience as a 3rd generation Pilates instructor, guided by a passion for connecting mind, body, and spirit.

Dave is our business visionary—a research-driven PT and Sports Massage Therapist who turned his own journey of rehabilitating a broken back into a mission to educate and empower others.

Tam cuenta con casi 12 años de experiencia docente como instructora de Pilates de tercera generación, guiada por su pasión por conectar mente, cuerpo y espíritu.

Dave es nuestro visionario: fisioterapeuta y masajista deportivo con una sólida base científica, que transformó su propia experiencia de rehabilitación tras una fractura de espalda en una misión para educar y empoderar a otros.
