ENJOY TRAINING AND SEE RESULTS!

One of the big reasons for being inconsistent with our training is because we are not doing what we enjoy! We put ourselves through programmes that have worked for others but offer nothing for us.

100 calories burned is 100 calories burned whether you burn them through running, swimming, boxing, weight lifting, sailing, walking etc.... what you have to do is find something active that you enjoy and stick to that so if you enjoy walking give yourself the time to reach a step goal in a day, if it’s Boxing that floats your boat then get yourself down to a local club and train there. Don’t settle for something you don’t enjoy just because someone tells you it worked for them.

You will see results if you stay consistent and you stay consistent through doing things you enjoy.
