We have a vacancy for a Green Fees Booking Agent to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who:

⛳️ Has good knowledge of golf and golf courses
📞 Has excellent customer service and communication skills
💻 Is confident dealing with bookings, enquiries and customers
🤝 Is friendly, professional and reliable
💶 Is comfortable with sales and recommending golf courses to customers
🇪🇸 Has the right to work in Spain
⭐️ Previous experience in golf, green fees or a similar role is highly desirable

What the role involves:
• Taking green fee enquiries and bookings
• Helping customers choose suitable golf courses
• Providing information on courses, prices and availability
• Dealing with customers by phone, email and in person
• Processing bookings and payments
• Promoting our green fee services
