Shimizu never ran, never biked, never swam.
He went to bed late, ate whatever he wanted, even drank beer instead of water.
He ate big dinners every night.
What did Shimizu do to get such a body?
Shimizu didn’t have any secrets.

Shimizu is the person sitting in the bottom left corner of the photo.
