The junior squad end of season fun today was about setting a target for next year. (They have to have something to do between fortnite, Xbox and fighting each other!) A very impressive supporter turnout, PB’s all round and a target to break when the water warms up again 😀🚴🏃‍♀️🏊‍♀️👏🏅

Saturday nights alright for…racing 🏃‍♀️🇪🇸🍺. Well done to our kayakers and our first race in 3 months that didn’t hit 40 degrees during the day 🥵

Our Kayakers stuck to our ‘we are here for the fun’ motto 😀 It may have been Friday 13th and 35 degrees at 9pm but Friday night was race night 👊Our friends at Rideland Running and Trail Team take a slightly different approach so there is a first and a second amongst this bunch.🥇community racing is back 🏃‍♂️🇪🇸💥🥵🍺

Running is back and a top evening out at Portman. Awesome organisation from Ayuntamiento de La Unión and racing from our friends at Rideland Running and Trail Team. We were just glad to be back competing and finishing in the hills and the heat. Top food to finish the night off at Las Picudas Empanadas👍 Summer running, had me a blast....

Beat of luck to our kayakers taking part in this today. Perfect conditions for an uphill plod with our friends from Rideland Running and Trail Team and plenty of other deranged individuals! Very much looking forward to a 🍺 afterwards 🏃‍♂️🇪🇸😬

All the best to our Kayakers and our proper running friends at Rideland Running and Trail Team taking part in the 100k relay today. ‘Racing’ in July in 🇪🇸 always carries a risk of it being a little on the warm side 😀☀️🏃‍♀Anthony Cockings Lewis Macleod Iwona Murray Peter Murray Burrito Dave and Marina. With Burrito Dave in the team it must be back to Urban Burrito Bar for the post run refuel 🌯🍻
